The terms.

The Signature Website

A fixed investment of $1,000. It includes up to five pages, designed, written, built, and launched to your own domain, with two rounds of refinement. Half begins the work; the balance is due at launch. Both are collected simply, through Stripe.

The week

One week from start to live. The clock starts once we have what we need from you: your answers from our discovery conversation and any materials that are yours to give. If life pulls you away mid-project for more than thirty days, we'll set the work down gracefully and find a new week together when you're back.

The beginning payment

It reserves your week and starts the work, so once design begins it isn't refundable. If we haven't started anything yet, we'll simply return it.

Whose it is

At final payment the site is yours, fully: the design, the words, the code, all of it. Until then it remains ours. And true to how we work, we only ever show finished work to others with your blessing.

Custom tools

Every tool is scoped and priced together, in writing, before we build. The note we agree on is the deal.

The Letters & the Salon

The Letters are free, and leaving is one click, no questions asked. Salon seats are limited and confirmed personally.
