The Studio
You're not hiring a web designer.

I'm Faith. I've spent my career on both sides of the thing you're about to hire me for.
I build the website your business runs on, and the tools and training that make it earn its keep. Here's why I'm the one to do it.
I was one of the first employees at Stripe, back when it was a handful of people in a room and the payment software you probably run your business on didn't exist yet. I spent years after that advising technology companies on what they actually needed as opposed to what they thought they wanted.
Then I owned and operated True Glory Hair for nearly a decade, one of the largest and longest-standing Black-owned hair companies in the country. I packed orders in the back of the store. I fixed the website myself at eleven at night. I know exactly what it costs to be the person who does everything, because I was her for a very long time.
Today I run CocoLash, my own beauty brand, out of Atlanta, and I build for other people through Liaison.
So when you tell me what's broken, there's a good chance I've been on the other end of it.
I've built the software
Not assembled it. Every Liaison site is coded by hand. No template, no page builder, nothing adapted from someone else's shop.
I've run the shop
Inventory, staff, an email list, a website that has to work on a phone at eleven at night. I'm not advising you from the outside.
I was trained to finish
A master's in piano performance, and the one habit it leaves you with: nothing goes out until it's right.
Or write to me. I read every note myself.
